Banana Bread

1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teas. baking soda
1/2 teas. salt
2 medium bananas, mashed
2 eggs
3/4 Cups oil
1/4 Cups buttermilk
1 teas. vanilla
1 Cup chopped nuts

Heat oven to 325. Grease and flour 9x5 inch pan. In a Large bowl whisk together flour, sugar, soda and salt; set aside. In another bowl mix together bananas, eggs, oil, buttermilk and vanilla with a wire whisk until well blended and then combine with flour mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon until well combined. Stir in chopped nuts and then pour into prepared pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Bake 50 minutes for mini pans.
