Beautiful Day

What a beautiful autumn day. We have had so much rain lately, it's good to see the sun.








Vanilla Cream Cheese Dip
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
1 Cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth and creamy.



Fall Apple Dip

8 ounces cream cheese-softened
1teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
7 ounces marshmallow cream topping

with electric mixer beat cream cheese until fluffy. Fold in lemon juice and marshmallow. Use as a dip for apples or other firm fruit.

Caramel Apple Salad

1/2 Cup (1 stick) margarine or butter
1 Cup confectioner's sugar
3 apples, diced, with peels left on
1 Small can of drained crushed pineapple
3 snickers bars (chopped into small pieces)
16 ounces frozen whipped topping

In a medium saucepan, melt the margarine and stir in the sugar. Mix well and add the pineapple. Cool. In a bowl, mix the candy bars and apples together. Add the cooled pineapple mixture and fold in the whipped topping. chill for 2 hours.
